PLEASE NOTE THAT DELIVERY TIME  HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO 7-14 BUSINESS DAYS DUE TO COVID-19. 

How will my order be sent to me? 

Orders will be sent out  via Postnet  DSV and/or Aramex. Customer may choose to insure their order at an additional cost.

Once Items are shipped it is the responsibility of the customer to track their order till it arrives 

Shipping costs are not refundable.  

When will orders be shipped out?

Orders are dispatched out within 5-9 working days, unless stipulated otherwise. (PLEASE SEE COVID-19 DELAY NOTICE ABOVE)

Orders are sent to your nearest Postnet Counter or  to the adress provided by the customer. 

Refunds for returns will be made upon receipt of the returned item in original packaging in the same condition it left. Returns must happen within 3 working days from the day of receipt.

Note that there will be no refunds, we will however exchange the item for items at the same value,  if requested.

How do I return items ?
